For the bike lovers a number of routes have been made out, Jurajski Szlak Rowerowy "Orlich Gniazd"(The Jura Cycling "Route of the Eagles' Nests"), which stretches from Cracow to Częstochowa, being undoubtedly the most famous and the longest (190 km) one. Like the walking trail bearing the same name, it is marked red and situated next to numerous remains of castles and nature reserves.
